Delegate Hansen moves to amend Com Sub for HB4012 on page 9, Section 11a, line 62, following the period by inserting a new subsection, to read as follows:

"(j) On or before July 1, 2031, the commission shall submit to the Joint Committee on Government and Finance a report evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of advanced transmission technologies in improving electric transmission efficiency, including an analysis of the costs incurred by, or savings realized by, ratepayers resulting from the use of such technologies."
